a highly sought-after, limited-edition vinyl bootleg release titled Kiss – Alive II Winter Tour, which captures the band’s historic soundboard performance at the Capitol Center in Largo, Maryland on December 20, 1977.
Release Details
The Performance: Recorded live during the peak of the Alive II tour. The performance was originally captured on a professional multi-camera video feed by the venue's in-house crew (intended for the American Music Awards), giving it incredible soundboard audio quality. It was also notable for being Peter Criss's birthday.
Vinyl Configurations: This release is a double LP packaged in a gatefold jacket. While it was pressed in a few limited-edition color variants—including a black vinyl version and a red vinyl version—your specific copy features the 2x Clear Vinyl ("Ace Obi") package.
The Booklet: Unlike standard releases, this version includes an exclusive 20-page tour booklet packed with high-quality live shots and photo shoot images curated specifically for this press.
Origin: Distributed as a highly limited import item, with prominent distribution coming out of specialty channels.
